Italian luxury fashion house Moschino partnered with OG digital influencers The Sims for a capsule collection of ready-to-wear items.
The collaboration features iconic motifs from the popular life simulation video game franchise The Sims (like the Plumbob green diamond!) reimagined as Moschino Couture pieces.
American fashion designer and creative director of Moschino Jeremy Scott is known for his cheeky take on pop culture. We love this cross over between video games, virtual beings, and fashion!
“I love the idea of being able to imagine, design and bring to life a world of individual personas with The Sims universe,” said Scott. “That concept emulates what I get to do for each collection at Moschino as I create a fantasy universe of spectacular storylines and characters.”
The line includes pixelated denim jeans and jackets for IRL (in real life) and a Moschino-branded Freezer Bunny hoodie for your Sims avatar in The Sims 4, The Sims Mobile, and The Sims FreePlay.
The Sims from Electronic Arts is one of the best-selling video games series of all time, with 200 million copies of the game sold worldwide. Players create unique avatar Sims, controlling everything from hairstyles, skin tones, and outfits, to Sim’s homes, hobbies, and career aspirations across vibrant environments. The game celebrates its 20th anniversary next year.
